NI Water came to us looking for a better way to show their users how to fill in applications, since current users rang and emailed a lot for help. I came up with the idea of a popup that offers support to users, when they download, they are now presented with the application processes. It's an easy step by step guide with physical examples. This worked well and the calls to the support landline with this issue decreased greatly.
