Here you can learn about my experience so far. User Experience is a vital step for any product, I pride myself in having strong product thinking skills, accessibility knowledge and great communication with the engineering teams. Design is essential, but so is top tier functionality. It’s important for a UX Designer to be able to compromise with Engineers and balance good design with good functionality.

Leading the UX and UI Design of all FuturU products, including the e-learning app and the admin platform which allows organisations who join us assign learning to their staff that links with the learning content on the app. The design process for both of the products leaned heavily into User's Psychology and improving how we facilitate learning content for healthcare workers.
I worked on all of the above within a year as a sole designer in the team, a challenge for sure but I really enjoyed it. Working with a talented big team of developers to make the deigns become a reality. The team was mainly all remote which also had its own challenges but I really enjoyed remote working and keeping in touch with the team via fun innovative ways. As well as using lots of online tools to communicate the project requirements etc.
I also made sure to be an advocate for designs by contributing to other teams, helping design a preview of a chatbot that will be integrated into our app, support marketing and teach others on good UX practices and principles.
