HSCNI came to Beingonline looking to design an application that would take different types of users through a journey seeking Mental Health help with surveys that we're intrusive to users. I lead the User Experience design of the Wireframes and the Research into the topic. I handed over the Wireframes to a partner company and was hired to do the UI on top of my designs. I left them with some Research which advised against using the Traffic Light colour scheme since this application would help those in need of help, colours instigating something is wrong could cause them to drop off the site before they receive any help.
